In compliance with California law, the engines are sold as a “long block” assembly. It includes the block, head, and all the parts inside. You will re-use the manifolds, fuel system, ignition system, etc. from your old engine. All of the external components on a motor from Japan are different from those in the U.S., so we remove them to make your installation easier and keep you legal.

Yes. All Engine Distributing one of the first importers in the U.S. and is a founding member of the U.S.E.D. (Used Specialty Engine Distributors) of which there are only 4 members in the U. S. which set up the verifying process with the California Air Resource Board to verify Japanese long blocks compatibility to keep our air clean. We maintain a massive database of information to prove that our engines are functionally identical to those originally sold in the U.S.

We hold one of the largest nationwide inventories, and continue to expand. However, for customers with unusual needs or hard to find engines, the staff at All Japanese Engines will search the country for your request with a reply within 2 working days.

All used gasoline engine and transmission purchases (except for high performance and a few other limited applications) include a six month unlimited mileage warranty. The warranty is 180 calendar days from the date of purchase. This warranty will cover parts only. It does not cover labor, shipping or any other incidental charges. Warranty will be voided if the unit is overheated, run out of oil or similarly abused. The defective unit must be returned before any warranty claim can be considered. Some other conditions and limitations apply.  Our remanufactured engines have a 3 year limited warranty.
